In addition to new teacher orientations, there are several in-house opportunities for professional development. The school offers teachers the opportunity to participate in workshops in and outside of Lebanon. The school also encourages the personal initiatives of staff members who decide to pursue graduate studies or specialized training courses by facilitating schedules and sometimes reimbursing fees.
